Jake Wallin Memorial Law Enforcement Scholarship
Background
This fund was established in 2023 after the tragic loss of Jake Wallin in the line of duty. The purpose of the fund is to assist North Dakota or Minnesota students with expenses incurred while training for a career in the field of law enforcement.
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicant must be attending a law enforcement academy, including but not limited to: City Police, FBI, Border Patrol, Highway Patrol, County Sheriff, Airport Police, Game Warden, or Homeland Security.
- One (1) $1,000 scholarship will be awarded annually.
Applications accepted January 1 - April 1 only. Applications received outside of this window will NOT be accepted.
