Fund Background: Established in 1985 by the Rugby High School Alumni Association to assist graduating seniors from Rugby, ND High School further their education.

Eligibility Requirements: Graduating Seniors from Rugby High School.

Applications accepted January 1 - April 1 only. Applications received outside of this window will NOT be accepted.
