Minot Kiwanis Club Scholarship

Fund Background: The Fund was established by The Kiwanis Club of Minot in 1985 to assist deserving students attending a Minot post-secondary institution and receiving training in a music education related field and is named in honor of Mr. Arturro Petrucci-a long time music educator in Minot. The purpose of the Fund is to benefit youth which is also the aim of Kiwanis International and The Kiwanis Club of Minot. The Fund is a Permanent Endowment Fund Agreement between The Kiwanis Club of Minot and the North Dakota Community Foundation located in Bismarck.

Eligibility Requirements: Students attending a Minot Post-secondary institution and receiving training in a music education related field are qualified to apply. Emphasis is placed on students who achieve not just in academics but in other leadership activities as well. The Youth Services Committee of The Kiwanis Club of Minot will review the application and forward its recommendations to the North Dakota Community Foundation. Applications must be returned by April 1st to be considered for an award.

Applications accepted January 1 - April 1 only. Applications received outside of this window will NOT be accepted.
