About BisMan Community Foundation

Established in 2011, our foundation is a permanent endowment fund dedicated to supporting and enhancing our communities for years to come. Through grants funded by the earnings from our endowment, we strive to uplift nonprofit projects and programs in the Bismarck/Mandan area. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our citizens and foster community growth.

Donations made to the BisMan Community Foundation are fully tax-deductible, in accordance with state and federal laws. The professional management of our foundation is entrusted to the North Dakota Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization that holds tax-exempt status under IRS code 501(c)(3) and North Dakota law.

Our dedicated Advisory Committee plays a vital role in awarding grants from our fund on an annual basis and growing the fund.
