Joan Multhaup Scholarship

Fund Background: Established with a gift from the estate of Joan Multhaup in memory of Roy and Anna Multhaup. Joan graduated from New England Public High School as Valedictorian of her class in 1951.  She attended the University of North Dakota and majored in Chemistry.  She earned her Master's in Chemistry at Washington State University and taught Chemistry, Science and Math at high schools and colleges around the United States, including Rutgers University in New Jersey. This permanent endowment fund will be used to provide scholarships to high school students who attend New England High School. 

Eligibility Requirements: Must be a student who attended New England High School who will be studying Science and/or Engineering.

Applications accepted January 1 - April 1 only. Applications received outside of this window will NOT be accepted.
